Solvent recovery plant - alesco is able to use solvents again and again

Solvents are an essential tool in all print shop environments. When used, they become contaminated by colouring residues and have to be cleaned – at alesco, this can amount to as much as 2,000 litres per week.

By using our solvent recovery equipment we, at alesco, can reduce this figure by around 50 percent allowing us, in parallel, to reduce our fresh solvent requirements: the equipment separates the solvent from the colouring residue, so that the solvent can be used again and again.

This saves around 50 percent of the transportation costs previously incurred in safely disposing of the waste fluids.
