Dye-mixing plant - alesco reduces dye wastage with its dye-mixing plant

It used to be the case that when we mixed a special dye for an order in our film printing shop, we were always left with waste that was difficult to dispose of. By using our dye mixing plant, we can now convert most of these leftovers into new dye. Overall, this equates to a reduction of 40,000 litres of dye each year which would otherwise have to be collected from our production facilities by trucks, transported and then processed in a specialist facility. This saves, among other things, a great deal of CO2 emissions produced by transportation and disposal.
